From Dream to Degree: Help Me Get to UCF

Hi, my name is Lizethe and I was recently accepted to the University of Central Florida!

This is a huge milestone for me. I’ll be continuing my studies in Information Technology and working toward a better future for myself and my family.

I’ve been working full-time to support myself, and while FAFSA covers my tuition, I’m struggling to afford the high cost of living in Orlando. Rent, utilities, groceries, and basic expenses are adding up quickly, and I’m trying to save $4,000 to secure stable housing before my move this August.

I’m doing everything I can, working 40 hours a week, budgeting, meal prepping. But it’s just not enough to make ends meet and also prepare for a full-time college workload.
