From Miami to Dallas: Natalie’s Upperroom School Fund

Hi friends and family,

My name is Natalie Castro, I’m 20 years old, and for the past 7 years, I’ve had the honor of being planted at Vous Church—a place that has truly become home to me. It’s where I’ve grown, been challenged, loved, and surrounded by a community that has shaped who I am today.

Over the past year, I’ve felt the Lord stirring something new in my heart—calling me to Dallas, Texas, a place I never imagined myself moving to. This next step is one of complete faith and obedience, as I follow the gentle but firm nudge of God’s direction for my life.

Last fall, I felt led to apply to the Upperroom School of Ministry. After months of waiting, praying, and trusting, I’m so excited to say that I got accepted and will be moving to Dallas this summer to begin this next chapter.

This past year has been one of the hardest but also one of the most beautiful seasons of my life. Through it all, God has shown up in ways I couldn’t have imagined, and now I’m stepping into what He’s been preparing me for.

Tuition for USM is $5,000, and I’ve been working and saving—so far, I’ve been able to put away $1,000. I created this GoFundMe for anyone who feels led to support me in any way—whether that’s financially or through prayer (which is more than enough).

If you feel it on your heart to give, no amount is too small. And if all you can give is a prayer, I would be so grateful for that too.
