From Prairies to Policies

Hello, Facebook friends & family! I reach out to you at a pivotal time in my life and career goals. Just recently I applied for an internship in Washington D.C. By the grace of God, I was accepted into the program and even received some scholarships to help. Nonetheless, the trip is expensive. The trip as a whole will cost $7,495; due to preparation in advance, I only lack $4,500. I beseech of all who can donate to do so in good faith. A dollar or even as modest as fifty cents goes a long way to helping me reach my goal.

    This opportunity means a lot to me. In D.C, I will be participating in a Comparative Political and Economic Systems (ICPES) internship that will count as three college credits towards my transcript. I wish to go to D.C not only to edify myself and my understanding but so that I may also come home with knowledge to share with others.
