Please help me get my teeth fixed!

Hi! I have a lot wrong with my teeth unfortunately. I've dealt with dental pain for most of my life. Since I was maybe 12 or so. Due to my parent's aversion to seeking dental care and my family being hit pretty hard by the recession in 2008, I've always had a lot of fear and guilt associated with my dental problems that have made asking for help difficult.

One of my molars crumbled in my mouth in 2020 the day I moved out of my parent's house, fleeing a violent situation due to a family member's substance abuse. It frequently hurt but it didn't become unbearable until late 2022! It got so bad I was unable to sleep, having to suck on ice constantly to relieve the pain.

My roommate made sure I didn't pace into the road and scheduled an emergency appointment with a dental practice that specializes in "judgement-free care". They have been very kind and I'm grateful I don't have to deal with the fear of someone hurting me on top of everything else. I had that first broken molar extracted and went back in 2023 for another. This year, none of my teeth have gotten that bad, but several are close.

In order to get these two teeth fixed I need to get together roughly $1,080 (shown in the diagram) by March 18th. These procedures are very expensive but I'm quickly reaching a point where I won't be able to afford to save my teeth if they get much worse. I'm working full-time and saving where I can. My dental insurance is better than most, so there's not much more I can do without going into tremendous amounts of debt.

None absolutely need root canals yet, but #19 and #29 are so close it's comical. If I can't afford caps and fillings in time and they get so bad they'd need root canals, we would most realistically be discussing extractions. The pain I'd have to endure in between raising money for each tooth would be too much to function with.

I'm currently in a lot of pain. It isn't at the level of the ones I had extracted, but I know from experience that it's dangerous to let it get to that point.

These first two procedures will need to be paid for in full before I can start the next set. Please help me keep my teeth! Being able to fund this work ASAP means I can have more work done faster, which would give me the best chance of saving all of them. Thank you for reading.
