NYC Marathon Fundraiser - In Honor of Patrick

Hi everyone!

My name is Tatiana and it is with much excitement to announce that I am training for the New York City Marathon that will take place on Sunday, November 6. I am incredibly grateful and fortunate to have the opportunity to participate in this incredible event and support a cause I am very passionate about.

In June 2020, my family lost Patrick Leboulanger to an aggressive form of Esophageal Cancer. Patrick graced our lives over 14 years ago and has forever impacted my family as a loving and caring husband to my mom and stepfather to myself and my brother.

Esophageal Cancer is increasing faster than any other cancer in the U.S.  Only one in five patients diagnosed with Esophageal Cancer will survive five years because it is most often caught at late stages. I hope to raise money for Esophageal Cancer Awareness Association, Inc (ECCA). ECCA is a 100% volunteer organization whose mission is to provide outreach for esophageal cancer patients, caregivers, and survivors, to increase public awareness of this disease and offer education and information in a supportive environment.
