Fuel Malinda's Law for Abused Children

Hello! We are proud to announce that our dream of Justice for Malinda Inc. has officially come true. We would like to thank you for all of your hard work and dedication of sharing and donating to support this dream. This is just one of many steps we plan to make for Malinda's Law. Please continue to follow our story because we are not done. This Gofund me will stay up to give everyone a platform for donations to further our journey. All donations will go towards our effort in spreading the awareness of child abuse, prevention, and strides towards the creation of Malinda’s Law.

" Malinda's Law ". A law for children who are abused. Malinda will not be remembered as a statistic but as the beautiful girl that set a monsoon of change for all abused children.

The first $1000 raised will go towards costs of starting Justice for Malinda nonprofit. Anything raised after will go towards pushing our mission statement into reality and help with any public events such as our 2nd annual "Malinda's Monsoon".

On May 5th we received a phone call that our baby sister, Malinda Hoagland, had been taken from this world just a few hours beforehand. Our beautiful sister was just 12 years old when she took her last breath and gained her wings. Despite our greatest efforts we were all sheltered from her and will forever be due to our father and his girlfriend. We; Emily Lee, Abbey Hoagland, and Jamie Hoagland ~ are ready to stand up and make change. Malinda will not be a statistic but the name behind the monsoon of change for every girl and boy who had or has been going through something no one should every have to. The three of us united sisters are ready to stand in the face of evil for anyone and everyone. The storm has only begun.
