Sadie Skeeter recently graduated from The University of Tulsa with a BA in Film Studies. She is currently working with the Yuchi House Language Project, to document Yuchi language revitalization. This work requires a Sony A73 DSLR camera. The camera costs ~$1600.

Sadie Skeeter is a multi-media artist, filmmaker, a member of both the Yuchi and Mvskoke Creek tribes and is a member of Duck Creek Ceremonial Ground. Throughout summers Sadie participates as a head cook and dancer at multiple encampments across Indian Country. She was a Curatorial Fellow with Sovereign Futures, and has PA experience on Tulsa King. Sadie graduated from the University of Tulsa (TU) with a BA in Film Studies and minor in Art. During her time at TU, she has made and worked on multiple student films in all areas of production in front of and behind the camera. Her own film, "Moretellement seul" or Deathly Alone, was an official selection and screened at the 2023 Circle Cinema Student Film Festival and the 2024 TU Spring Film Festival. Moving forward, Sadie plans to incorporate and explore different mediums alongside her filmmaking.
