Fueling Inclusivity with Bridges

In 2021, Bridges//Puentes embarked on a mission to organize a Pride rally, aiming to showcase inclusivity within the community. With no previous Pride event in our area, residents typically had to travel to the North Side for such celebrations. Despite increasing acceptance of queer identities globally, there remains progress to be made, and part of that involves demonstrating acceptance and support locally. Our Pride events not only foster inclusion on the Southeast side but also educate on LGBTQIA+ issues. Moreover, they serve as a platform for community bonding and enjoyment. By coming together, we demonstrate our care for one another and our ability to revel in life's joys collectively.

As we gear up for our 4th annual Pride rally, we seek your support in funding our Pride Rally and Rave, enabling us to continue spreading our message of inclusivity, community, and joy.
