Fulfilling A Promise For a Deceased Friend.

Hi There My Name is Alando.

I'm fundraising for My friend who recently pass away. His name was Michael McFarlane, he's 81 years of age with no known relatives or close friends except for myself.

I met Michael approximately 1yr ago through a mutual friend, I was homeless at the time and living on the street. Upon meeting Michael and explaining my unfortunate situation he synpathized and asked me to stay wotu him untill I get back on my feet. During that time we've gotten even closer as friends where he share some of his good and bad times stories and his journey to Canada. Mike save my life he gave me a purpose even with all is life savings stolen from him leaving him with just a pension barely enough to cover his rent and food. Mike never forget to smile or make me laugh. I lost mike on my birthday, wen I came home and found him not Breathing in Bath-tub. I frantically called EMS. Mike was pronounce dead. He fell while getting out the tub. Unfortunately he (Mike) succumb to the injury and pronounce dead. cause an head injury which he sucomb to. I'm deey sadden. I remember when he called me his best friend my heart sank. It was the first time someone said im their best friend. I had promise to take him back home to Jamaica one last time. He hasn't been back in 30+ years. My only regret is I didn't get to do it sooner. I just want to fulfilled that promise. I know he's in a better place now. U think of him every single hour of the day since. He will be missed. A life for a life. Thank you Michael.
