Full Day of Intense Gym Classes for CHOOSE LOVE

On 28 March 2023, I'm doing a full day of intense gym classes at Hero Training Clubs to raise money for CHOOSE LOVE to support the important work they do to help refugees and displaced people. They’ve also been doing vital work in responding to the recent earthquake which has devastated Syria and Turkey, from  search and rescue to now supporting the survivors. 

The classes will be a mix of HIIT and conditioning, with a spin class thrown in! That's SIX intense 45 minute classes, around the same time it takes an intermediate runner to complete a marathon. How will I get through it? I will be both strategic and philosophical (good thing I've got that philosophy degree.)

It's going to hurt, but every burpee and every mountain climber (and there will be hundreds) will be worth it to support a great cause. Your donations are hugely appreciated!
