Sam is 29 years old and has lived her life with Cerebral Palsy, Seizure Disorder, OCD and an intellectual disability. Samantha requires full time care and total assistance with all areas of daily living. Sam has been in my care for six years and while I am technically her guardian, she is a daughter to me and our family.

Samantha’s health continues to be very stable. In the last year she has only had to go to the doctor for her annual wellness check. We have finally found a dentist that can provide the dental care Samantha needs. Because of her condition, this requires a specialist, anesthesia and the procedure will be completed at one time.

The total we need to raise is approximately $14,750. I am happy to answer any questions you may have so that we can get her the care she needs before it turns into a serious medical problem.
