Fund a sleep and sensory room for our children

Kings Lynn Nursery School is at the heart of its community. We offer sessional and full day early education for 2 – 4 year olds. We are situated in ‘The Walks’ the largest park in Kings Lynn. The nursery was originally built in the 1940’s to serve the working mothers during wartime. Since that time the nursery school has gone from strength to strength, helping literally thousands of young children learn and develop in the most enjoyable ways possible. We welcome children from aged 2, however in order to best meet the needs of our youngest children and children with additional needs we are in real need of a sleep/sensory room. We want to ensure our children can adequately rest as we know this is crucial for their physical and cognitive development, emotional regulation, and overall well-being. We are already optimising all available spaces we have. We are therefore planning to convert an outbuilding on our site and join it to our building to create this sleep and sensory room. We would very much appreciate any donations towards this to help make our vision become a reality. We can’t do this without the support of our community and the wider public so please help us .
