Fund Allie & Kaydence's Recovery Needs

Support our Parents as They Care for Their Daughter & Granddaughter After a Tragic Accident

On February 25, 2025, our sister Allie and her 15-year-old daughter, Kaydence, were in a devastating car accident. Allie had just picked Kaydence up from school, ready to spend the evening together, when another vehicle pulled out in front of them. The impact was severe, and both of them suffered serious injuries.

The local hospital was not equipped to handle their critical needs, so they were transported via helicopter and ambulance nearly an hour away to Akron, where they could receive the care they desperately required.

Allie & Kaydence’s Recovery Journey
Allie, 34, is a free spirit who is working hard to rebuild her life. She recently started working for herself and has dreams of building her own home.

Kaydence, a high school freshman, has a bright future ahead of her. She’s a talented volleyball player for both her school and Kidron Volleyball Club—just like her mom was in her youth—and was recently named team captain. She’s deeply involved in her school and church communities, always putting others before herself.

Right now, they are both facing long, difficult recoveries.

Allie has suffered multiple fractures, including her pelvic bone, tailbone, ankle, heel, and several vertebrae. She has already undergone surgery for her pelvis and tailbone but must wait for the swelling in her heel to subside before additional surgeries can be performed. She will be transferred to a nursing home in Ashland in the coming days to continue healing before being brought back to Akron for further procedures.

Kaydence is currently in the Children’s Hospital, where she will remain for the next 3-8 weeks. She has already undergone two surgeries to repair her intestines and reposition her displaced organs. Today, she has another surgery to correct two twisted vertebrae in her back. This should be her final surgery.

How You Can Help
Our parents, Diana and Kevin, are doing everything they can to be there for both of them, and will soon be traveling back and forth between Ashland and Akron to support and care for their daughter and granddaughter. This trip is over an hour each way, and the costs of gas, food, and lost work are sure to add up quickly.

We are setting a goal of $5,000 to help ease the financial burden so our parents can focus on what matters most—being there for Allie and Kaydence.

If you are able to donate, any amount will make a difference. If you can’t donate, sharing this campaign would mean the world to us. Thank you for your support, prayers, and love during this difficult time.

❤️ From our family to yours, thank you. —Cassie & Kailab❤️

3/3 Update: Due to the severity of Kaydences injuries, she will have to stay in the hospital longer than initially expected. Due to this, we have updated our goal to $10,000. We thank you all so much for your support thus far.
