We're FIRST Robotics team 4680, The AzTech Eagles, a passionate group of Latinx high school students from southwest Detroit who are building more than just robots – we're building our future. We've worked tirelessly, pouring our hearts into designing, building, and programming our robot for this year's robotics competition. And guess what? We've qualified for the STATE CHAMPIONSHIP - the first time since 2019!
This is an incredible opportunity for us, a chance to showcase our skills, represent our community, and chase our dreams. But we need your help to get there!
Our journey doesn't stop at state. With your support, we can also:
- Potentially compete at the World Championship: Imagine the impact of our team representing our community on the world stage if we qualify based on our performance at the State Championship!
- Participate in Off-Season Events: These events are crucial for gaining experience, improving our robot, and inspiring younger students in STEM. We are looking forward to participating in the Detroit Championship and the Goon Squad Goonettes Invitational this fall.
- Cover Travel, Lodging, and Competition Fees: These costs add up, and we want to ensure every team member can participate without financial burden.
