Fund cancer treatment for boy insurance denied
Donation protected
Today we learned that our friend Harrison Hazlett was denied by his insurance company for treatment of his cancer. It was suggested to the family that another appeal be made but Harrison has tumors growing in his lung. He cannot wait. His cancer is aggressive. He already missed out on treatment he was supposed to have Monday, March 15 because of this.
We have started this fundraiser to raise the funds for Harrison’s treatment. Each cycle is $2,400 and he needs 13 cycles for a total of $31,200.
Please help us help Harrison.
Here is what Harrison’s family sent us from their insurance at Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield of Western New York:
Update: Harrison’s insurance agreed to cover his treatment until September. Donations received will go towards his continued care. Thank you all for your unwavering support, you made this possible!
