Fund Chloe's Urgent Dental Surgery

Hi my name is Clover Decker. I’m doing this fundraiser on behalf of my daughter Chloe. One month ago she was diagnosed with a hereditary disease called juvenile advanced periodontal disease. Only 2.64% of juveniles suffer from this disease. They suffer from rapid bone loss and if not treated properly with surgery they will lose their teeth. The first surgery involves laser surgery to repair and rebuild the gums, so losing teeth can be prevented. After healing from the surgery, she will need braces to shift her teeth back which helps aid in the healing of her gums and the preservation of her teeth. For the rest of her life she will have to get dental cleanings every two months to prevent the loss of her teeth.

My insurance has denied the surgery and an appeal of the decision will take too long. Timing is critical and the surgery is needed within the next 30 days. Her first surgery is $6000 and then the orthodontic procedure is $8000. I’ve been in prayer about this circumstance. I am humbly asking for help to raise, in total, $14000 to complete the process needed to save her teeth. As a talented and naturally gifted freelance artist that just graduated high school in May, Chloe’s confidence is directly tied into her thriving with those God given abilities. My hope is for her to get this surgery so she can confidently be who God has called her to be!
