Help Save Children with Sarcoma
Donation protected
Ewing's Sarcoma is a rare bone marrow cancer that is prominent in children and young adults. Every Year, over 200 patients experience suboptimal treatment that is often ineffective in the long-term and results in life-changing side effects. We are partnered with Sarcoma research groups from across the country that have recently found a curative immunotherapy treatment that has no detrimental side effects. With recent government cuts in medical funding, research groups everywhere are struggling to continue funding for research and undergo clinical trials.
All proceedings will go directly to the Dr. Seth Pollack, the director of the sarcoma research program, and his lab under Northwestern’s Feinberg School of Medicine at the Lurie Cancer Center.
The BioAdvocacy Project is a non-profit, non-tax-deductible fundraising and education organization created and operated by STEM students in an effort to improve health for all through publicly highlighting the financial barriers that research groups face and funding clinical trials of an innovative and promising curative Ewing's Sarcoma immunotherapy treatment.
