PROVIDING MICRO SCHOLARSHIPS, SUPPORTING MACRO MINDS!
Help us fund a micro college scholarship for a Latinx high school junior in Chicago Public Schools (CPS) by making a TAX-DEDUCTIBLE donation to The Latinx Market Education Fund, a 501(c)(3) NONPROFIT.
ONE (1) MICRO SCHOLARSHIP will be awarded directly to a CPS student upon high school graduation for college incidentals, including:
- Dorm furnishings
- Essential college supplies
- Laptops
- Meals during school
- Transportation to/from college
By donating, you will receive updates from The Latinx Market Education Fund:
- Notification of corporate sponsors
- Launch of scholarship application
- Announcement of scholarship recipient
- Photos of scholarship recipient
- Thank you message from scholarship recipient
10% of donations will support miscellaneous logistics, such as:
- Celebratory items to complement scholarship check delivery
- Merchandise with organization’s logo for scholarship recipient
- Presentation frame to accompany certificate for scholarship recipient
- Transportation and meal for special scholarship recipient gathering
- Office supplies for bookkeeping
