
Help Fund Cooper's Surgery for Pain-Free Therapy dog work.

Hi ,I’m Jeffrey Rowe ,I’m 60 yrs old ,paralyzed from mid chest down from a motorcycle accident ,Mothers day 1985,I work part time at Glens Falls hospital,I’m. a master gardener & a group of us volunteer at Hovey pond in the summertime,I also do crafts involving woodworking ,coffee tables , plant stands ,cutting boards ,bread knives ,cheese slicers. We love animals ,dogs & are currently on are 4 th black lab named Cooper ,we’ve had Baron,Winston,Thunder & now Cooper,both Thunder & Cooper were/are Therapy dogs,we just found out Cooper has to have ACL surgery on his right knee,the surgery is approximately $6000 ,any help I could get monetarily to pay this amount would be greatly appreciated & would help Cooper & I continue doing Therapy dog at Glens Falls hospital,every Monday & Thursday we go to Behavioral health dept ,Emergency Room & Cancer treatment center for almost 3 yrs now,my last dog Thunder went to the hospital doing therapy dog work for almost 10 yrs ,on Wednesday Cooper & I have also been going to Warren center Nursing home by Gurney lane in Queensbury since November of last year.You can tell by watching Cooper get up & how he limps that Cooper needs this surgery in order to continue his therapy dog work & remain pain free as he lives out the rest of his life bringing Joy & kisses to everyone he meets .
