Help David Pataconi's Cancer Treatments

Hello. My name is David Pataconi,. Last April I was diagnosed with Stage 3 cancer after being treated for a ruptured appendix and having a large portion of my colon removed. In August my doctors informed me that I'm now at Stage 4. Though I have insurance, it doesn’t cover all of my bills, and it was suggested by a few people that I start a go fund me. I’m thankful that I am still working at the moment. All funds will and continue to help pay the medical bills my insurance won't cover, copays, expenses going back and forth to medical appointments, and upcoming short term disability, since my paid time off work is outpacing my accrual, and will run out soon.
