I am writing this letter in anticipation of your understanding. I chose to send this to people who know me personally and as most of you know I am a single parent raising a beautiful daughter alone. Recently I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer Stage 2B. I consulted 3 doctors and they said mastectomy , removal of the left breast or lumpectomy is necessary. I found one doctor (Dr. A) who gave me options which I agreed with we made a plan on how to go through the treatment that he suggested however he is not accredited under my insurance and if he will do the operation I have to pay myself. As a single parent and the sole provider of my daughter, I thought of a way to cut costs since I am just a call center agent earning just enough to support daily needs no extras for emergencies like this. I decided to find another doctor under my insurance who can do the operation. It was done on Oct 18 2019. This doctor said the tumor was bigger than what was stated on the ultrasound he suggested me to go thru chemo for 2 months and decide to do full mastectomy later since there was still tumor left inside the breast.
I had the results reviewed by the other doctor (Dr. A) to check if I can go ahead with the treatment since the operation has been done. Based on the pathology report my lymph nodes were removed, showed metastasis means it had spread. It showed that I have Breast Cancer Stage 3C and there is still a tumor left on the left breast and to wait for 2 months would be risky and chemo treatments will be useless if the root of the cancer is not removed. This means I have to go through the operation again to remove the remaining tumor and what was done earlier was useless. Since I will not be able to use my insurance I have to pay for the operation myself. I have to raise 70 to 100 k pesos to make this process right in order to go through to the next treatments.
I am sincerely asking for financial help and with any amount can help save a single parent and my baby girl's life. I am not rich and to be honest I am not sure if I will be able to pay you back but I believe that God knows how to bless the cheerful givers. If you have the heart to give you can send me a private message. I am looking at raising the amount needed within 2 weeks and have the operation done correctly within this month.
