Fund for Hali Richardson- Hit and Run Victim

Hi, my name is Jessica Dutton and Hali is my sister. Those of you that know Hali, know that she is one of the brightest lights you'll ever meet. She's funny, smart, and beautiful, but most importantly she's one of the most caring and kind people you'll ever meet. She's a nurse and loves hiking and yoga. Her and her partner Rob just closed escrow on their first home and have big plans to make it their own.

On the morning of May 3rd she was walking her dog Maddie on the sidewalk in Prescott, AZ when she was hit by a truck. She was taken to the hospital and then life flighted to a hospital in Phoenix. The police were able to find out who she was because they saw Maddie (who is thankfully unharmed) running home on a video caught by a business across the street. The driver of the truck has been found and arrested but unfortunately the damage done is immense. Hali has severe traumatic brain injury among other injuries. She is in a coma and on a ventilator. The doctors have been amazing and have given her the best chance possible to recover but it is going to be a long road ahead and there is no way to know what she is up against. With these types of injuries the odds are stacked against her. However, if you know Hali at all, you know that with her tenacity and strength of will, that if anyone can beat this, she will.

There are going to be many expenses medically and logistically. So many people have reached out asking to help and we decided this may be the easiest way for everyone to support Hali and her family in her hour of need. Please keep Hali in your thoughts and prayers and thank you for your support.
