Fund for Lashanda "Sunshine" Alexander

This is a fundraiser started by Tiffany Wade and Michele Whatley to help their friend Lashanda Alexander. 

In 2018, Lashanda had back surgery that put her out of commission for a while. Then Lashanda was diagnosed with a brain tumor in 2022 and underwent brain surgery to remove the tumor and battled through severe complications including a stay in ICU for 11 days. Over the next few months, Lashanda rested and healed and in the beginning of 2023 Lashanda began to reenter the workforce and continue her career as REALTOR® . Lashanda's enthusiasm is contagious and her REALTOR® friends and colleagues, as well as her clients, were thrilled to have her back doing what she does best. Unfortunately, in July Lashanda was diagnosed with breast cancer and was forced on the sidelines once again. Lashanda completed her surgery in September and will undergo radiation to complete her treatment.

Tiffany and Michele started this fund to help Lashanda and her family cover expenses and medical bills until Lashanda can get back on her feet, back to her career, and spreading her love and light and positivity. Because we all know there ain't no sunshine without Lashanda spreading hers.
