Fund for Matthew Vandergrift’s Children

Our brother Matt died tragically in a car accident on March 7th. He has two beautiful children, 15 and 13 years old, who Matt is incredibly proud of. Matthew was a U.S. army veteran and fought bravely in Afghanistan following9/11. He will be remembered for his love of family, military service, loyalty, competitive spirit, sense of humor, and infectious smile. 

We have setup a trust fund for his children through Canandaigua National Bank. Donations can be made at the bank, or by a check made out to “Fund for Matthew Vandergrift’s Children” and given to Linnaea Nifong or Amy Vandergrift. After requests were made for a way to donate electronically, we set up with Go Fund Me.  All funds raised from this account will go directly into the trust account for their future. 

Thank you all for your support, especially of Matthew’s children, who he loved so much and are the best part of him. We love you forever Matt.
