Oscar was an great son, uncle, brother, friend and especially an amazing father. He was a hard working man with a really kind heart.
He leaves behind two precious girls. His passing was unexpected and tragic.
Thankfully he watched over his little girl and she was found safe in the boat. He fiercely protected his girls in life and in death.
His family is full of humble and hard working people that would never ask for help.
