Fund for Sylvia Cortez's Funeral and Headstone

My best friend and aunt SYLVIA CORTEZ has unexpectedly passed away. She fought with all she had but unfortunately lost her fight to recover from an unexpected asthma attack. She had many battles but never thought this would be the one she would have lost. We are a big loving family and we all stood behind her during her tough times and we are shocked and absolutely devastated that we have lost another young and beautiful mother, daughter, sister and aunt. SYLVIA was a force of nature that knew no limits to life!! She was a loving and playful mother to her son Junior Cantu and her daughter Jenny Cantu. She lived for her family and loved to always make us laugh and have a good time..she was the baby of her family of 6 and her best friends was her mother Rosalma Cortez and her father Guadalupe Cortez, who loved her thru all the struggles in life. This tragedy has hit us again out of the blue and we were not ready emotionally financially or mentally to loose another one of our own. We hope and pray the town SYLVIA loved and was born and raised in could help us put her to rest and have a place for her children to come visit her and feel close to her whenever they need. We are asking for help for the funeral costs and headstone of our one and only funny smart and fearless SYLVIA CORTEZ. She is forever young and we hope and pray she finds peace as well as us during this unexpected loss. Condolences re welcomed but please respect the family's privacy in letting us all mourn in private. Flowers are welcomed to be dropped off on the porch of the Cortez home.
