Fund formal investigation of Javier Reyes Fraud

Hi My name is Julia Eickmeier. I am the developer of Corruption Watch USA, a non profit organization to expose government corruption. I've been made aware as well as many others, that Javier Reyes, who served 17 years for robbing a bank, has been unfairly promoted to the city of aurora employed as a public service outreach coordinator, when he is a rapist and pedophile and abuses his position to get away with him criminal behavior. He has petitioned the State of IL to fund his made up non profit organization in the amount of a recent donation of 450,000 for him to open up a prison housing program, when he is frauding the state so he can spend money on the illegal activities hes involved in such as child pornography and cannibalism. Everyone knows this guy is out of his mind, and he is taking people fresh out of prison to "work" at his non profit, to form a club of criminals to help him get away with the things he is really involved with, a cult. He is the 2nd highest ranking cult member of a human trafficking and human meat trafficking organization in aurora Illinois and that is what the money is really for. Please donate to this fund to have this man formally investigated before he unfairly gets money or power and does damage to many because of it.
