Fund Gus and Spencer's Unexpected Vet Costs

When SSRI took in these two beautiful and charming brothers, Gus and Spencer, we knew they had ear infections that had been caused by foxtails that had been previously removed. We found two loving foster homes for these boys who have been working hard on getting the ear infections cleared up. Upon further vet appointments, it was discovered that both boys had more foxtails lodged deeper in their ear canals. This has now resulted in infections that are resistant to most antibiotics. To date, their vet costs have reached $4854.14. Spencer has another upcoming ear treatment that each time costs approximately $700.

Since this was a very unexpected cost to treat ear infections, we are hoping to raise $5000 as we know that there will be more costs coming down the road. These beautiful souls deserve to live a life pain free and we are doing all we can to ensure that they do.

Our dogs receive needed medical treatment and are evaluated for temperament. SSRI has successfully placed springers in cherished homes since 2007.
