Fund Love Point Blank's Festival Run

Hi everyone! My name is Jason Ortega, and I am thrilled to share with you a very special project that has been a labor of passion: Love Point Blank. This is the first short film I’ve ever written, and it holds an incredibly big piece of my heart. Directed by my talented roommate Miguel Vite and produced by my amazing close friend Ben Gough, this film represents an iconic milestone in my filmmaking career—a dream in the making.

Love Point Blank explores a chapter in the life of a man named Jackson who is visited by Cupid and given a way to move forward from heart break. We poured our love and creativity into every frame. We funded the production ourselves from crew to equipment costs. Now, we want to give it the chance to shine on the festival circuit, where it can reach audiences far and wide.

Entering the festival circuit also requires some financial support. Submissions can range from $50 to $200 and we want to enter as many as possible to get this film the recognition we believe it deserves. We hope that you will take the time to donate anything at all and put a band-aid over our wallets. Artists are known for many things, but for the majority of their career, their wallet is not amongst that list.
