Fund raising for Dr. Jamil Ahmed (Moni), SSMC-12

Dr. Jamil Ahmed (Moni), graduate of Sir Salimullah Medical College, Batch-12 was diagnosed with Severe Ischemic Cardiomyopathy with LVEF about 11% (Severe Congestive Heart Failure), Multi-Vessel Coronary Artery Disease and underwent >6 hours of Open Heart Surgery for LVAD (Left Ventricular Assist Device) in The Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital, Greensboro, North Carolina, USA. He was recently discharged to home after a grueling prolonged hospitalization. Jamil is the 2nd of 4 children  of late Dr. Rafiuddin Ahmed (MD from USA and then MRCP from UK). He lost his parents, an elder brother and a sister in a car accident in Bangladesh during childhood in 1973. He and his younger brother Dr. Zaki Ahmed (Graduate of Dhaka Medical College, K-43) was brought up by their maternal uncle's family in Bangladesh. Subsequently both immigrated to the USA. Jamil worked in various Medical Research facilities in the USA and also spent few years in Bangladesh in teaching Medical School students.
He was recommended for Heart Transplant and Duke University was contacted by is Cardiologist about this.
As you can now imagine, suddenly after getting out of hospital, his income has dwindled. On top of thinking about medical care, financial health has suddenly became the major headache.
I flew to see him before LVAD placement to show little love of friendship, and never thought that I will put my fingers to write this letter asking for help for him.
As a Physician and part of the medical community, everyday we help our patients to heal. Why not help a friend, a classmate, a junior, a senior and a loving father in his critical time of life.
Time is essence. I thank you in advance for your help.

Update 11/05/2020:

I would like to personally thank all for your continued support in this effort to help Dr. Jamil Ahmed. Also thankful for continued hard work from the Fund-raisingTeam Members. Dr. Naim, Dr. Ali Haider, Dr. Tasbir (Phillip), you guys are awesome. Kudos to you!
I am asking donors and team members from the USA, UK, Australia, NZ to start sharing this Gofundme link thru your Facebook, WhatsApp, FB messenger, Twitter and also thru your Phone Contacts and personal calls. We do have a goal to help him--not only in shorterm but in longterm as much as possible. We will not be stopping and will relentlessly pursue for our goal to help as we do everyday to help. With everyone's help, we will succeed.
As the Organizer, I started withdrawing funds and already send 1st installment of money to our friend Dr. Jamil Ahmed, for whom we are raising the fund.
I will be sending him funds in monthly installment unless there is any acute need. 
Dr. Jamil had followup with his Cardiologist and very recently also with his PCP (Primary Care Physician) and expressed his sincere thanks to all for their continued support and prayers.
