I'm Marissa and I'm Milwaukee's first Black Woman microgreen farmer!

Microgreens are an exciting, sustainable and tasty Superfood. They could be most impactful in communities that suffer from food apartheid (commonly referred to as "food deserts"). My vision is to grow my microgreen business in order to provide healthy food options and microgreen education to my community specifically and the city of Milwaukee generally.
