Theresa is starving- help fund her Endoscopy

6/10: If you have ever had chronic pain then you know Theresa.

I am sharing this story on behalf of my cousin, Theresa. Around December 2023 she began to experience GI issues that involved vomiting once daily. She became optimistic when it subsided, but it resumed with a vengeance about two months later. Beginning in February the vomiting increase to intermittent throughout the day and spread to lower GI issues. This has come to a head as it has dragged on and has reached the point where Theresa can rarely keep even water down. She is in excruciating pain and is wasting away from malnutrition.

Despite multiple primary and ER visits, she has only received a CT scan, some X rays, and an ultrasound of her gallbladder that have been inconclusive. Theresa has a job, but with frequent GI issues comes absences. This has taken a toll on her job and has resulted in being unable to afford the deductible for an endoscopy that is required up front. Without this exam diagnosis, further testing, and ultimately treatment is out of arms' reach.

Any help in meeting the $1750 deductible is appreciated.
