FUND TIMMYS HIP (HEP) REPLACEMENT!!

Hey y’all! This is Brit ! I’m starting this go fund me because my husband/partner/best friend will be under going surgery Dec 13th for a hip replacement!! This is a very exciting, terrifying, stressful yet hopeful time for us. I’ll try to not make this too long; Tim was born with hemophilia and his left hip/groin area has been a target joint problem area for him throughout life. Fast forward to about 4 years ago when he first really started to experience extreme constant pain and walking was becoming more and more difficult, doctors told us that he should wait because of how young he is and to try physical therapy. He did that for a while and eventually that started not helping anymore. His hip is completely without cartilage, bone on bone and so extremely painful for him.

Most of you know the Tim and I are in a band together and are working as hard as we can to make this into our careers. We tour and play lots of shows and although we love it, it has been very tough for Tim with his hip pain.

HOWEVER! The great news is that we have been able to carve out some time for Tim to be able to get this life changing surgery and get his new hep ! And he is so STOKED HAPPY EXCITED and READY!!

We do have insurance thru my job but even with that we will owe 6,500 (out of pocket medical fees) at the time of surgery (12/13) plus several weeks of unpaid time off so that he can recover.

We are so grateful to even be able to get him this surgery and would truly appreciate any help possible. Any donation of any amount would be SO helpful and would mean the world to Tim and I and even just sharing would be amazing too!!!
