Funding Dr. Boggs

Gigi is a truly exceptional young woman.  She's an "A" student, a fantastic soccer player, and the best big sister anyone could ask for.  She is the glue that holds her family together.  Gigi is driven in a way that most people can't understand, let alone the average teenager. 

When Gigi was about 2 years old, she lost her older sister to cancer.  As she's gotten older she has realized that she wants to help people and families in similar situations that she and our family experienced. What better way to help families than to become a doctor? She has a thirst for knowledge and excels in a leadership role.  Recently one of her high school teachers nominated her for the National Youth Leadership Forum, a program that allows exceptional young people an opportunity to explore the career field of their choosing.  In Gigi's case, it's medicine.   She will travel to UCLA for 9 days taking in lectures and hands on training as well as getting to observe an actual medical procedure.  

We are asking for donations to allow a truly deserving young woman an opportunity to get a head start on her dream.  Thank you for your support and encouragement.
