Funding for Bill Carns

Bill Carns was the last victim of the serial killer, the night stalker rampage in Southern California in 1985. Since that time, Bill has received extensive rehabilitative services. Yet, his injuries from 3 gunshot wounds to the head have left him not only paralyzed on his left side, but Bill also has cognitive and severe short-term memory loss. Bill has not been able to work since his injury, yet he strives to thrive. As Bill ages, he does not have the resources to support his long-term needs and funeral expenses. His former employer discontinued his insurance at age 65. The goal is to obtain adequate support for a life cut short, for a life who never received any compensation from books, stories, and documentaries about the events of the night stalker. Bill is a victim who deserves a dignified end-of-life support plan.
