Funding for "The Hitch Hiker" - a Horror Short Student Film

Hello!

We're Izzi and Sophie, two students with Metfilm School Manchester. We're looking to fund our latest project, a horror short called The Hitch Hiker

Inspired by the urban legend of a ghostly hitch hiker, our story follows Eric - a kind man, who stops to give a mysterious woman a lift Argent's Village. After a short, tense drive, things start to go awry.

This projects takes inspiration from shows like Supernatural, and films such as The Invisible Man, The Ring, and Evil Dead Rise, to create a tense, surrealist atmosphere. We aim to take this film to local festivals, including Birmingham Horror Festival and Manchester Short Film Festival
