Funding Mathfest Trip

I’m looking for help as there is a group of 18 Liberty County School System (Hinesville, GA) school children that have worked hard and qualified to compete in the Mathfest Nationals on 11 May 2019 in Birmingham, Alabama. They have competed in several competitions leading up to this that LCSS has helped to fund.  Problem is that there currently isn't any money to send them. Estimated costs would be around $6,300 ($350 per child for charter bus transportation (as it’s almost 7 hours away), lodging, food, etc...). Any help would be greatly appreciated to make this a reality for these amazing kids.

For full transparency: I am the parent of one of these amazing students and due to no other options available and since someone has to be held liable for taxes, the funds would have to go into my personal account upon withdrawal. 100% of the money raised will be given to the coach of the team (with whom I am in contact with daily) to pay for the costs associated with the trip to Mathfest Nationals.
