Funding my dream-University tuition
Donation protected
Hi. My name is Adebayo Samson Oluwatobi. I am a self-funded pharmacy student at the University Of The Visayas in the Philippines. It is my dream to become a pharmacist and I moved to the Philippines to study in 2019 to fulfil this dream. It has been a challenging journey since the inception of my study. I struggle financially, and I have had to be away from the university for two years because I could not fulfil the financial obligations for my studies.
I renewed my hope of finishing my studies in January 2024 and got transferred to the new college. However, I have not been able to pay my tuition for the session at the university. I am on the verge of leaving the university again if I do not ramp up my efforts to raise funds to pay for the session. My parents have been in a financial situation of distress and have been incapacitated to support me at this time.
I find myself struggling to cover the costs associated with attending college, and the thought of having to leave the university again saddens me and makes me lose concentration in the classroom.
That’s why I am reaching out to you all for assistance. I started this fundraising to help alleviate the financial burden of my tuition expenses this session.
I am deeply grateful to everyone who would be contributing to this cause. Times are tough, but I will appreciate any support you can offer through a monetary donation or by spreading the word about my fundraiser within your network.
Thank you all so much. Your kindness and generosity will not go unnoticed, and I am committed to paying it forward by positively impacting my community and beyond.
