Funding my uncle's funeral

We need at least $5000 to give my uncle, John Fugazzi, a proper funeral. He passed on December 7th after 3 weeks in the ICU from a stroke and seizure at St Joseph Hospital in Lexington, KY. John was 54 years old and was disabled his whole life. He only lived on social security payments and lived with his 87 year old mother, who also only lived on social security. He did not have life insurance and my family does not have the money at the moment. Funds will go toward burial and funeral services only. Any bit helps, thank you.
