Funding Young Writer's Educational Retreat

Update! I was able to purchase my ticket for the Writers Retreat on the Early Bird sale and save some money! Thank you everyone who made this possible. I am currently researching clothing for the costume that I will wear to represent my character at the retreat. It is so much fun. Today I just finished a writers challenge week with 2,000 participants and my team won the challenge! We wrote over 5 million words in my group. Writing is definitely my passion and I can't wait to attend this retreat! I still have expenses for housing, food and travel and am working on creative ways to raise the funds. Keep sharing my fundraiser and I will keep working hard!

Hi, my name is Alivia Johnson, and I am a writer. I just recently finished my first draft of the story I have been working on, but I still have a long way to go. I am raising money to go to a conference for... writing :)

This conference is in North Carolina, but I live in Texas. Therefore, I have to raise $5,000 for the conference and traveling/lodging expenses.

I am raising money by doing lemonade stands, babysitting whenever I can, and any other odd jobs that pop up along the way. But I am still only 14, so raising that much money is kind of a stretch, so that's where I need YOU!
