Fundraiser for Brandi M.

As we rang in the new year, our dear friend Brandi went to the ER with a serious headache. Instead of getting some relief from the headache, she was told that she had acute leukemia. She was admitted to the hospital immediately and began chemotherapy only a few days later. Brandi will be in the hospital for the next three weeks going through chemo with doctors monitoring her progress. After the three weeks, the doctors and Brandi will have a better idea of what’s next.

Brandi works hard, supporting herself as well as her 13-year-old son. Going through the treatments will take her away from work. Medical bills may be substantial but more immediately, the financial strain of not being able to work will be significant.

We want to make sure that Brandi can focus as much of her energy on fighting cancer as possible. We want to make sure that she and her son have as much financial stability as possible during this tough time.
