Fundraiser for CO Nicholas DiGiovanni

Hi all, I am setting up this fundraiser on behalf of our brother NYS Court Officer Nick DiGiovanni and his wife Sherry. On Saturday August 20th Nick and Sherry’s home and all of their belongs were destroyed in a horrific house fire. Thankfully Nick, Sherry and their 2 fur babies are ok. Nick and Sherry have had a very tough couple of years. In May of 2021 their baby was stillborn. Nick suffered from a very severe case of COVID and is still suffering from many long term covid issues. He went into heart failure (which required an invasive heart procedure) and was most recently diagnosed with kidney cancer. Nick and Sherry are expecting a baby boy in November. Sherry’s pregnancy is extremely high risk due the complications from the previous pregnancy. Unfortunately the couple does NOT have renters insurance and now they are left to try and put their lives back together. They literally lost every piece of clothing, furniture and baby clothing. I am asking for help on behalf of Nick and Sherry to help them get back on their feet as quickly as possible. No amount is too small! Thank you so much!!
