Fundraiser for Colette Montague

Michael Lehrer passed away on January 17, 2023 after a 7-year battle with ALS. His "Nurse / Girlfriend" (Michael's term), Colette Montague has been by his side for over four years. She helped him live the best life possible by supporting him physically and mentally. It was not easy.

This fund is a thank you to Colette for keeping our dear friend well while he lived out his last years. It will help her rebuild her life now that Michael is gone.

If you've enjoyed Michael on Kill Tony then you've heard him talk about Colette and what an asset she was to his life. Colette has been through a tremendous amount of stress and pressure with Michael over the past few years as his body deteriorated.

Michael was a regular on the comedy podcast, Kill Tony. His unique brand of comedy skyrocketed him to unbelievable heights as the “World's Best ALS Comedian.” He made us laugh like we never knew we could, at things we never knew we could laugh at. He had been a successful improviser and sketch comedian for many years in Chicago and beyond.
