Fundraiser for Dimitris Tsichlas

On behalf of our dear Dimitris & Quelddy,

We would like to convey their warmest and fullest gratitude for the outpouring of support and the loving words so many have shared in calls and messages. We would also like to extend their thanks for the time shared with loved ones all over the world on the Zoom gathering June 17th in his honor. It was a night for everyone to have an opportunity to share how much Dimitris and his music has impacted their lives, and how very special is he to all of us. His longtime friend Tony prepared and amazing playlist of some Dimitris’ greatest hits and mixes, and the evening turned into an amazing Dance Party. We had a beautiful celebration of his life, our fondest memories of DJ Dimitris’ music, and the joy he brought all of us over so many years. Dimitris has given us a soundtrack that has manifested some of the most memorable moments in our lives.

It is now our turn to give back to Dimitris in his time of need. We like to encourage everyone to donate in order to help cover his continuing medical expenses needed for a surgery that could prolong his life. We also need to contribute for funeral arrangements and expenses needed for when that time comes. Dimitris is on Medicaid, and as you can all imagine there are costs that Medicaid simply will not cover. It is also unfortunately limiting the quality of what medical care we are able to facilitate for him and we need to pull together to help this process so he doesn’t have to suffer.  We are hoping you will join us in showing our love to Dimitris by donating to his fund.  Let's all try to give him some relief of the burden he and his wife Quelddy are facing.  Any amount is welcomed and if you cannot at this time, it is absolutely ok. Dimitris just asks you to please pray for him so he could be pain free, that his soul will cross over to heaven and be at eternal peace.

We however encourage you to donate whatever is possible. Any amount you can contribute is helpful to his care. We appreciate any amount you can give for the gesture and sentiment of what Dimitris’ music has given to you. The joy and freedom of dancing to his music on a packed dance floor is one that we will never forget! The excitement as you waited for the beat to drop! The buzz of that never ending mix! We have all felt it and it was given straight from Dimitris’ heart for the love of music and the love for his community of friends that have supported his artistry.
