Dear family and friends,

I was diagnosed with a rare brain disorder called Chiari Malformation which is a structural defect in the base of the skull and cerebellum. As many of you know I have been suffering from many symptoms such as neck pain,balance problems, sometimes my hearing comes and goes,muscle weakness,vertigo, headaches that causes pressure and nausea and many times even paralyzes me those headaches are called hemiplegic headaches;I also suffer from many other symptoms.I had surgery when I was about 11 for scoliosis but as I got  older my scoliosis has gotten worst. With Chiari Malformation I also have Syringomyelia which is a disorder in which a cyst forms in my spinal cord’s central canal.After many months I found a neurosurgeon who has decided to perform brain surgery and possibly spine surgery .First and foremost I request your prayers for a successful surgery and a quick and complete recovery, secondly  I humbly request donations to help with some of my medical expenses and the time I would be out of work.Any amount would be greatly appreciated to help my family and I.Please share this campaign with family and friends to help get the word out.
