Fundraiser for Jason Neimark
Donation protected
As some of you may know, last month, Jason was diagnosed with T-cell lymphoma. The good news is that it is treatable, and his doctors have assured him that given his health and age, he is expected to make a full recovery. However, his illness has caused him some financial hardships.
Even before his official diagnosis, Jason went through a few difficult months. It started with phenomena and chronic fatigue which kept him in bed for over two months. It was only after a battery of tests that he was finally diagnosed with lymphoma and was able to start treatment.
Jason is in great hands. He is being treated at the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Hospital in New England, has begun his first round of chemotherapy, and is feeling feels much better. Yet, he has been unable to work for the past 2 months and will not be able to return to work for the next 5 months at least.
In his words: “My cancer came on as soon as I graduated driving school and was planning to open my own driver’s education program. Unfortunately, these plans are now pushed until January after my treatment is complete, which is difficult both emotionally and financially.”
This is why are reaching out to his friends and family to ask for support.
Anyone who has ever visited Jason in the many, many different locations he has lived over the past few years, from Alphabet City to the Hamptons, and now Vermont, knows that his door was always open, and his time devoted to making whoever came by feel at home.
We are now turning to you to help support Jason in this difficult time by donating whatever you can to give him the peace of mind to get through the next few months until he is healthy and back at work.
Thank you so much.
We look forward to sharing the good news of health and strength soon!
