Update on Katie Toda's GoFundMe – A Tribute to Her Legacy

Dear Friends, Family, and Supporters,

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our beloved Katie Toda. After an incredibly brave and fierce battle with cancer, Katie passed away peacefully, surrounded by love. Her strength and courage were unmatched as she fought each day, and her spirit will continue to inspire us all.

As many of you know, Katie’s three sons—Keiden (13), Kaison (12), and Kian (8)—were the center of her world. She was deeply passionate about their love of hockey and had hoped for them to continue to thrive in the game that brought them so much joy. Our GoFundMe goal remains focused on making sure these boys are supported in every possible way as they navigate their new reality without their mom. We are committed to giving them the opportunity to immerse themselves in hockey leagues throughout the year—winter, spring, summer, and fall—just as Katie envisioned.

Katie poured so much love into her boys and her community, and now we ask for your help in continuing that legacy. Every donation made will go directly toward ensuring Keiden, Kaison, and Kian have the resources they need to feel loved, supported, and connected to the community their mom cherished.

We will add that because we have been blessed to have the community's support through this GoFundMe account for the last 3 years, Katie was able to see $40,000.00 raised during her battle.
