Project for Kids in Memory of Mustapha M. Bayaan
Donation protected
We are collecting funds to build a legacy that celebrates the life of Mustapha Miradam Bayan, a beautiful soul who inspired the lives of those around him.
Even though Mustapha was only 8, his personality touched his family and friends in a unique way. His empathy for others was heartwarming and his kindness an example to others.
Mustapha's curious and gentle self often asked questions that left even adults in awe. "Why is food expensive? Why are some people homeless? He did not want animals to be hurt and he would wish that orphans didn't exist. He wanted to become a professional boxer so he could make changes that reduced such pains. This was our Mustapha.
Unfortunately, a tragedy hit resulting in Mustapha's demise on 5th June, when he and his family were at Turkey Point, ON to celebrate his sister's birthday.
While this incident is heartbreaking and deeply saddens us, his personality and memories live on, to make the world a better place. Mustapha used to be saddened by the reality that there are orphans in this world—and as a result, the fund will go into helping orphans and/or towards a project that will help prevent such a tragedy from happening to other kids. No part of the funds will be used by or for the family.
The specific project is subject to change as we proceed, allocation of the funds will be at his parent's discretion.
By donating, you help us to keep Mustapha's memories and legacy alive. We will update this page as needed so that you can follow the progress we make together.
