Fundraiser for Ron Thongsri

Update - Ron passed away peacefully this evening (April 28). He fought so hard, but the cancer has spread so aggressively. All the donation will go toward his medical bills, funeral and the rest will go to his daughter education fund.

Hello everyone. I’m fundraising for my brother, Ronnarit ‘Ron’ Thongsri medical bill. Ron is 49, he got diagnosed with small intestine cancer last August. Unfortunately the cancer has spread to his liver and other parts of his body.

Ron is the owner of Prai Kitchen, a Thai restaurant on LaSalle Rd in West Hartford. He has an 8 years old daughter, Prai, who he named the restaurant after her.

Ron is a loving father who enjoy spending time with his daughter and his family. He loves to take her places, their favorite trip was at Disney World last year.

Ron got a bad infection in March and his body is too weak to fight it. We are devastated with his condition, he is at St Francis Hospital fighting for his life. We are praying for miracle that he would get better. All we can do is to make him feel most comfortable at this stage.
