Hi, My Name is Falak Patel, I am Fundraising on behalf of Sanjay Patel, Sanjay 41 year old Gujarati: Indian came in Australia on 2012 and he lived in Gatton-QLD for almost 12 years, Sanjay was known for his kind heart, joyful nature, helpful, and being an exceptional Friend.

Because of multiple organ failure, he was really struggling in health since last year and admitted in Ipswich Hospital fighting for life. Sanjay's last wish was going back to India but due to health condition he couldn't go back and he passed away in Ipswich Hospital (Brisbane) today (05/04/2024) early morning, left behind old Parents, wife and two bright kids to raised in India. Now we are planning to fulfil his last wish to send him back to India. Additionally, we aim to provide Financial assistance to his family during this incredibly challenging time, and to repatriate Sanjay's remains (पार्थिव देह) back to India.
